Regalia is an important part of the commencement tradition. For details about regalia, including ordering, pickup, and more, contact the UF bookstore directly:
- Cap & Gown Ordering
On March 25, all bachelor's, master's and specialist's (BMS) degree candidates who ordered regalia prior to that date should have received notice from the bookstore about their option to either receive their regalia (cap and gown) through the mail OR receive a refund for their purchase. If you are are a degree recipient who DID NOT receive that email but did order regalia, contact email@example.com so they can assist you with this process.
BMS candidates who still wish to order regalia for the rescheduled weekend may do so through their Gator One and it will be shipped to your home.
On March 26, all doctoral candidates who ordered regalia prior to that date should have received notice from the bookstore about receiving a refund for their rental fee. Those who choose to participate in the summer doctoral ceremony can re-order rental regalia for those ceremonies.
If you are expecting a refund for your regalia order, please know our Business Services Department is working process these requests and and refund your payment. Due to the high volume, this will take several weeks.

Graduates must wear regalia (cap and gown) in order to participate in the ceremonies.
Graduates should order regalia through their GatorOne account.
