There are two shuttle routes for the University Wide Ceremony on Friday, from 5pm-9:30pm.

- CANDIDATE SEATING CHART FOR UNIVERSITY WIDE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
While family members and friends celebrate their soon-to-be Gator Grads from the stands, our candidates will be seated on the field of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Please note: This ceremony is fully student centered. With a focus on the relationships created while pursuing their degrees, students are not seated by college and are instead encouraged to sit with their classmates, fellow organization members or friends of their choosing.
- WHERE CANDIDATES GO FOR THE UNIVERSITY WIDE CEREMONY
Candidates line up for the University Wide Commencement Ceremony on the North East side of Ben Hill Griffin stadium between Yon Hall and the pool behind the Florida Gym. Security screening begins at 5pm with seating on the field starting at 530pm. Students will be provided a water bottle and 2 copies of the 2025 Master, Specialist, Bachelor Commencement Program before entering the screening area.
Candidates with mobility needs: the Yon Hall elevator will be staffed to provide access to the candidate screening area from the Yon Hall/pool level.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS: Doors to the stadium open at 5:30pm. Go there to find the best seats while your candidate gets lined up and ready for the processional. Bags must be clear and 12"X6"x12" or smaller!!!

A map depicting the stadium's layout, including entry points for guests, restrooms, first aid stations, accessible seating and more will be available here in April.
- UNIVERSITY DOCTORAL CEREMONY SEATING CHART
The doctoral candidates are seated in the colleges' alphabetical order. Colleges with multiple degrees will process with their PhD candidates first, followed by their college-specific doctoral degree candidates.
EXAMPLES: The College of Public Health and Health Professions will process in as follows: PhD, AuD, DPT, OTD; the College of Nursing will process in as follows: PhD, DNP.Within each college candidates are not seated in alphabetical order or by department. Candidates walk in with, and sit next to, their faculty hooder(s) who escort them on stage to place the doctoral hood over their head as they are called "doctor" for the first time.
